Hospitality Sales Consultant – Field & Hybrid Role

Location:

Peterborough (Hybrid – Home & Field-Based)
Salary & Package:
Up to £35k basic + uncapped commission

A leading provider of procurement services for hospitality and leisure venues is looking for a Hospitality Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This is an exciting hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work both from home and in the field, visiting hotels, bars, restaurants, and leisure venues to provide solutions that save time, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

This role is ideal for a confident, outgoing salesperson who thrives on face-to-face interactions and has experience selling into, or working within, the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities:

* Conduct face-to-face meetings with hospitality and leisure professionals.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Advise venues on smarter procurement solutions to save time and money.

* Meet and exceed sales targets.

* Collaborate with the wider team to grow the business presence in the market.

Candidate requirements:

* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally face-to-face.

* Experience selling into, or working within, the hospitality sector or dealing with industry professionals.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated and confident, with a proactive approach to sales.

* Full driving licence and own vehicle required.

* Ambitious, with a desire for progression within the company.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday
