AboutThe Role
As a Field Support Specialist, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of existing agents in your territory, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. You’ll be on the front line – building relationships, increasing transaction volumes, and promoting Ria’s services. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role (with regular travel), perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and enjoys connecting with people.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage and develop a portfolio of agents to drive growth and loyalty.
- Increase transaction volumes by implementing marketing initiatives and providing training.
- Respond to agent queries promptly and deliver exceptional support.
- Conduct competitor research and share insights to improve performance.
- Ensure agents have the right tools, branding, and compliance knowledge.
- Prepare weekly visit plans and report progress to your Territory and Regional Managers.
- Optionally, identify and onboard new agents with strong potential for transactions.
- Represent Ria at internal events and contribute to special projects.
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year in sales, customer service, or agent support (field experience preferred). - Skills:
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities. - Mindset:
Highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within your territory.
- Additional language skills are a bonus!
