• Job title: Hybrid Branch Manager
• Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
• Bonus: Monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off; weekend work involved

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branch, acting as the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise appointments to achieve targets.
• Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars.

• Valid full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently (lone working).
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Capacity to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.
