• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks

• Manage operations within your store and act as Store Manager in their absence
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to keep shifts smooth
• Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store

• Experience leading a sizeable team to achieve targets in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
• Patience, friendly manner and the ability to stay calm in any situation
