Quality Lead – Peterborough

Salary: £38,000–£42,000 p/a, Monday to Friday, 32 days holiday, enhanced pension

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and compliance.
• Lead food safety and risk management systems (HACCP, VACCP, TACCP) ensuring full compliance and traceability.
• Oversee supplier approval and ensure wrap alignment with industry and customer standards.
• Drive complaint reduction and improve food safety culture through data insights and communication.
• Develop and maintain document control and internal audit processes.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to embed a strong quality culture.
• Monitor key quality metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, and industry standards (e.g., BRC).

• Ability to influence and lead change across multiple functions.
• Experience in quality systems management within food manufacturing or similar regulated environments.
