Job Description:

A well-regarded GP surgery in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their team on an ongoing basis, starting next week. The role primarily involves covering COPD management and complex wound care, and the surgery is looking for someone to cover Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a competitive pay rate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing and treating COPD patients

* Providing care for complex wounds, including dressing changes and monitoring

* Offering general practice nursing duties, as required

* Supporting the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care

* Maintaining patient records accurately and in line with best practices

Requirements:

* At least 6 months of UK-based experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP surgery setting

* Strong experience with COPD management and complex wound care

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
