This is a senior executive role where you will own the full marketing engine, set the strategy, lead the team, and build the systems that scale our growth nationally and internationally. You will lead:

This is a role for a leader who thinks at C-suite level — someone who can architect a long-term marketing vision, execute it with precision, and build a powerful marketing department that becomes one of the strongest engines inside the business. The right candidate will grow into the Chief Marketing Officer role.

Your Core Responsibilities

Executive Marketing Leadership & CMO-Level Ownership
Own the entire marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, product strategy, and long-term business goals.
Build and lead the marketing department, including digital, performance, brand, creative, content, automation, and analytics teams.
Create the marketing vision for the next 3–5 years, owning all strategic planning, budgeting, and departmental forecasting.
Act as a senior leader in the business, contributing to Board discussions, product road mapping, and commercial planning.

Oversee all digital performance channels including paid social, PPC, You Tube, SEO, email marketing, and retargeting.
Architect high-performing funnels for all programmes and new product launches.
Own and optimise all tracking, attribution, analytics, A/B testing, and funnel reporting.
Set performance KPIs across CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value.

Own the Trade Mastermind brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong market positioning across all channels.
Lead a content strategy that attracts, nurtures, and converts leads throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Oversee production of high-quality video, ad creatives, long-form content, landing pages, emails, and sales assets.
Shape the brand voice, identity, and messaging across the UK and international markets.

Own marketing automation strategy across all journeys, funnels, and customer segments.
Lead CRM optimisation (Ontraport), ensuring seamless integration with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success.
Enhance backend operational efficiency through tagging, segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle journeys, and automations.
Implement scalable backend processes that keep marketing running like a well-engineered machine.

Build the full analytics ecosystem for marketing, owning dashboards, reporting suites, and leadership insights.
Use data to drive decision-making, forecast performance, and refine strategy.
Implement continuous improvement frameworks so every campaign, funnel, and channel evolves with the business.
Provide the CEO with clear insights, revenue impact reports, and strategic recommendations.

Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing marketing team with future scale in mind.
Recruit top talent across digital, performance, creative, content, and automation.
Implement structured KPIs, performance management, development plans, and leadership succession.
Build a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-driven excellence.

• Proven experience at Marketing Director level — or a Head of Marketing ready to step into a CMO path.
• Deep expertise in digital performance marketing, funnel architecture, and analytics.
