We are recruiting for a Senior Rewards Marketing Executive to support the successful delivery of Compare the Market’s partnership activity and Rewards initiatives across some of the biggest and longest‑running rewards campaigns in the UK. You’ll work with partners across a range of sectors including entertainment and dining, plus opportunity to support on sports sponsor ships and scope new opportunities. This role ensures seamless end‑to‑end management across internal teams, external partners and creative processes — driving engagement, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences through rewards and partnerships.

• Execution of Rewards proposition – support on managing our key marketing partnerships, planning and delivery of campaigns and prize draws; manage partner approvals, briefing across matrix teams, legal, finance processes, data and operational coordination for all Rewards and prize draws.
• Driving app engagement via building and delivering a calendar of Prize Draws, strategic alignment with wider app marketing team, targeted app comms planning and execution.
• Strategic planning of Rewards comms across the business, briefing and execution of monthly partner activity. Manage creative assets and partner approvals across channels.
• Effective supplier management with clear governance and controls.
• Drive good customer outcomes through continuous improvement and innovation of experiences. Ensure customer and performance data, insight and research is at the centre of decision making.

• Experience in marketing campaign or partnership management within consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams, internal/external personnel and deadlines in a matrix environment.
• Working knowledge of legal and compliance processes for marketing promotions.
• Proven attention to detail in creative approvals, T&Cs, and asset management.
• Confident working with cross‑functional teams.
