We are looking for an EV/Offal Room Operative to join our established team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the EV/Offal Room, with duties including offal packing and grading of organs.

1) 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, 03:30‑14:00 – Days
2) Monday – Friday 14:00‑22:30 – Nights

• To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include but are not limited to: offal packing, grading of organs and more.
• Abiding to Food Safety, Hygiene and COSHH to ensure safe production of our products.
• Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs.

• Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
• Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment.
• Possess high standards of work.
• Have a basic level of both written and verbal English.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided.

• Rate of Pay:
  1) £14.17 per hour,
  2) £14.10 per hour (Rate inclusive of a £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus).
