Production Operative

Responsibilities

• To support with the general production of our chicken products, duties will include operating machinery, packing and keeping the production area clean and tidy.
• Be self‑motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
• Enjoy working to targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess high standards of work.
• Have a basic level of both written and verbal English.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided.

• 1) 4 shifts per week on a 3‑week rotating shift pattern, 06:40 – 17:10 (40 hours).
• 2) Tuesday – Saturday, 06:40 – 17:10 (50 hours).
• 3) Monday – Friday 17:10 – 01:40 (40 hours) – part time to be considered.

• Rate of Pay – £13.36 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus).
