Line Leader - Day Shift

About The Role

Shift Start Time: 07:00

Shift End Time: 19:30

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off

Pay Frequency:
Weekly

Pay Per Hour: £13.20

• You will drive production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most cost-effective way.
• You will ensure products on your line are produced and packaged safely.
• You will motivate and develop your team to achieve daily targets and provide feedback when required.
• You will liaise with our Quality and Technical teams to ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.
• You will advocate for best Health and Safety standards and report any hazards where appropriate.
• You will manage a team of General Operatives to follow correct line standards throughout your shift.
• You will help train new starters such as Junior Line Leaders.
• You will complete daily administrative tasks, understand your targets, and report any concerns to your manager.

• Eperience as a leader with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Eperience within fresh produce or any manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Understanding of targets and key performance indicators.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good administrative experience.
