Trade Mastermind, the UK’s leading education and coaching group for the construction sector, is recruiting a high‑performance Sales Manager to lead and scale our established outbound telesales division. Founded by BBC Apprentice Winner Joseph Valente, we have helped more than 5,000 trade business owners achieve an average of 370% growth through our training programmes. As we prepare to open the brand‑new 20,000 sq.

ft. Trade Mastermind University Headquarters in 2026, including a 300‑person event arena, podcast studios and Cambridgeshire’s first rooftop business bar, we are investing heavily in the commercial engine that drives our national expansion.

This role is responsible for leading an existing telesales team focused on driving bookings for our £97 Discovery Days, training events and introductory programmes. You will take full ownership of performance, team development and revenue output, ensuring increased outbound activity, stronger conversion rates and improved event attendance. The position requires a leader who thrives on daily coaching, call reviews, performance optimisation and building a high‑energy, competitive telesales culture.

You will refine scripts, strengthen KPIs, introduce robust reporting processes, collaborate closely with Rev Ops and work directly with the CEO to scale the division.

Success in this role is measured by Discovery Day attendance, customer show‑up percentages and overall revenue generated from events, with bonuses directly linked to both attendance performance and event‑day sales. As the team grows, you will recruit new representatives, identify future leaders and build a structured training and onboarding framework that supports continuous performance improvement.

In return, you will receive a £75,000 base salary with an uncapped £150,000+ OTE, monthly and quarterly incentives, private healthcare, pension, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off, along with leadership development directly from Joseph Valente. With a clear fast‑track route to Head of Sales and exclusive access to our new university headquarters, this role provides exceptional long‑term career growth.

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Manager or Inside Sales Leader with a proven track record of managing outbound teams, driving KPIs, improving conversions and creating a motivated, high‑performing environment. You should be confident with scripts, objection handling, data‑driven decision‑making and leading teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth sales settings. Experience in B2B, events, education or construction is an advantage but not essential.
