We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the safe, effective and compliant day-to-day management of Mencap’s Head Office in Peterborough.
This is a key operational role, ensuring continuity of facilities management during an interim period. You’ll oversee building operations, health and safety compliance, contractors and core services, helping to maintain a safe, accessible and well-managed environment for colleagues, visitors and the people we support.
Reporting to the Estates Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything running smoothly, from maintenance and security through to reception, meeting spaces and essential building services.
