• Managing performance across assigned commissions.
• Developing and implementing robust risk frameworks and strategies.
• Acting as trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
• Delivering quantitative risk analysis for cost and schedule.
• Advising on contingency adequacy in reporting cycles.
• Ensuring compliance with Mace standards and legislation.
• Mentoring and managing junior risk professionals.
• Driving innovation and best practice for service excellence.

• Expert knowledge of risk tools, techniques and software (e.g., Active Risk Manager, risk
  
  Hive, @risk, Primavera Risk Analyser).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes.
• At least 10 years experience or equivalent as risk management leader delivering a range of project risk management services on major construction programmes.
