Senior Inventory Manager

Job Description

As our Senior Inventory Manager you will be responsible for driving the development of the Inventory Management operation including:

• Wholesale stock management and senior level engagement with Wholesale
• Day 1 supply setting for stores on Collectibles, Books, Music and Video
• Replenishment services during on sale across all categories
• Managing the implementation of inventory management for new Retailers and categories as they join the business (FRS/FDS)
• Systems and process development to improve service delivery and reduce waste
• Reporting across all aspects of the service both externally and internally
• Management of the Inventory Management team

• Managing inventory management processes in a fast-moving product category or FMCG role
• Managing a team and supporting team development
• Delivering a Continuous Improvement ethos in an operational environment
• Implementing new systems to drive improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency
• Operating in a Retailer facing Supply Chain role
• Stakeholder management (both internal & external) in a fast-moving operation and demonstrated ability to manage competing requirements and demands
• Able to build strong relationships with internal and external teams, including our Primary Carrier and Wholesale teams.
• A problem solver, able to think on your feet and thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment.
