We are building a world-class education and coaching organisation, with product excellence at the core of everything we do.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Head of Product Development to take full ownership of our end-to-end product ecosystem including flagship coaching programmes, digital platforms, curriculum, and future licensing or scalable delivery models. This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence over the company's direction. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring our offerings deliver outstanding commercial performance and transformational client outcomes.
Working closely with the Founder and senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Coaching, and Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting Trade Masterminds next phase of rapid growth.
- Define and execute the product vision and long-term roadmap across all programmes.
- Design, build, and continuously refine coaching programmes, courses, and digital products.
- Lead the creation and launch of new products, enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
- Utilise customer insights, data, and market intelligence to create high-performing, in-demand offers.
- Ensure all products deliver measurable outcomes, strong retention, and exceptional client success.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise positioning, messaging, and conversion performance.
- Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure products are scalable, efficient, and operationally robust.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product and curriculum team.
- Establish clear systems, frameworks, and KPIs to drive product excellence at scale.
You are a commercially minded, strategic product leader who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and enjoys building products that create real impact. You will likely bring :
- Senior experience in product development, education, learning & development, coaching, or digital products.
- A proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimising high-revenue programmes or offers.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of value, pricing, and customer psychology.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset, balanced with creativity and innovation.
Desirable (but not essential) :
- Experience with in coaching, education, SaaS, or membership-based businesses.
- Exposure to the trades, construction, or SME market.
- Work directly with a high-profile founder and an ambitious, high-calibre leadership team.
