We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Water team in Peterborough.

• Deliver the portfolio to AMP8 targets on time and maximise gain‑share.
• Keep SHEQ central—no compromises on safety, environment or quality.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, coached and accountable team.
• Engage stakeholders early, set clear accountabilities and performance measures.
• Drive commercial, procurement and risk/value decisions that optimise whole‑life cost and follow governance/NEC.
• Embed continuous improvement, production management, Lean, standard products and sustainability to boost efficiency.

• APMP (or equivalent) – Practitioner level
• Significant experience at Project Manager / Lead Project Manager level (equivalent to Senior PM / Project Director)
• Water sector experience
• Experience managing teams of 6–8 direct reports
• Experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
• Experience working within commercial alliances
