Water Efficiency Services Co‑ordinator (AMR)
Location:
Contractual base in Pearl House, Peterborough or Salvus House, Durham. Hybrid working established; occasional travel required.
Working hours:
37 hours per week (Full‑time).
Contract:
12‑month Fixed‑term.
Salary: £25,733 – £32,165 per annum.
Job level:
D. Reporting to Director of Water Efficiency Services.

- Prepare and present AMR proposals; advise on solutions and delivery methods; support account managers.
- Manage the nationwide AMR portfolio – coordinate installations, maintenance, and contractor performance to meet service standards.
- Handle customer queries, ensure accurate billing and data integration, and monitor KPIs to maintain portfolio performance.
- Oversee contract renewals and invoicing; track profitability; proactively identify upsell opportunities through data analysis and customer engagement.
- Experience in contractor management and service delivery.
- Fully IT‑literate with strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with diverse audiences via phone and email.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders remotely.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Previous customer service and service delivery experience.
