About The Role
Shift Start Time: 18:30
Shift End Time: 07:00
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Pay Per Hour: £18.50
Life as an AMFRESH Warehouse Team Leader- You will be responsible for allocating daily duties and ensuring all warehouse operations are supervised and completed on time.
- You will ensure all daily requirements are managed and completed on time.
- You will support your management team, in intake or dispatch, run the smooth operations of warehouse logistics.
- You will help cover the warehouse floor on behalf of managers when they are away.
- You will motivate and develop your team to achieve and maintain KPIs daily, providing feedback when required.
- You will take full ownership of your roles and tasks in hand.
- You will champion for health and safety in the workplace and ensure your team report any hazards.
- You will actively take part in team briefings and communicate this to the team to maximise results.

- Must have warehouse team leader or warehouse supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of leadership.
- Experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
- Able to understand KPIs and experience working towards them.
- Be resilient and maintain a positive attitude throughout your shift.
- Able to perform under pressure.
