• Coach and develop individuals to achieve their annual targets and build a team direction to drive results.
• Complete and monitor performance appraisals, performance development plans and talent development reviews.
• Set appropriate objectives for the team, monitor performance against objectives, and provide feedback.
• Build and develop diverse teams focused on days in trade and recruitment, creating an environment where people thrive.
• Support the wider Grocery team in tactical activities in line with national and regional direction, ensuring compliance and success communications.
• Drive adoption rates of tools that support Field Sales teams to focus and prioritise time, delivering key calendar moments and unlocking local opportunities with Sales Managers, Prof's and third‑party contacts.

• Strong people‑management experience and a positive, motivated, highly organised individual with a good team‑work ethic and leadership qualities.
• Strong commercial outlook with the ability to motivate and drive results.
