Conveyancing Fee Earner

Overview

Our brand-new client, with offices based in Oundle, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing from start to finish, including opening files and liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other conveyancing firms.
• Conduct property and land registry searches.
• Raise enquiries and draft contracts.

• Minimum of 12 months residential conveyancing experience with a managed caseload.
• Qualified candidates are welcome; if not, there may be the possibility of our client supporting you through the relevant qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: starting £26,000; higher based on length of service.
• Pension, on-site parking, discretionary bonus paid twice yearly.
• 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays with a Christmas shutdown.

Oundle.

Working hours:

9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
