Transaction Services Analytics Manager London £68,000 - £75,000 We're working with a London-based firm to hire a Transaction Services Analytics Manager , a key role within its Corporate Finance platform, working closely with M&A and Debt Advisory teams. With a strong and expanding transaction pipeline, this position offers early responsibility, meaningful deal exposure , and regular interaction with senior leadership who remain actively involved in live transactions.

It's an excellent opportunity for an analytics-driven professional to help shape how data, analytics and AI are embedded into Transaction Services delivery.

The Role As a Transaction Services Analytics Manager, you'll sit at the centre of the due diligence process, turning complex datasets into insights that directly support investment and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading analytics work streams on live due diligence engagements Helping shape and deliver the team's analytics and AI strategy Designing and refining analytical models and best practice across Transaction Services Managing end-to-end data processes, from extraction through to cleansing, validation and structuring Applying advanced analytics to large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities Working across a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, pre-investment and pre-acquisition reviews, vendor assist, pre-lending reviews and reporting accountant roles on IPOs Collaborating closely with Transaction Services teams, Partners, Directors and an in-house analytics and digital transformation function About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Advanced data manipulation and analysis skills using programming languages Expert-level experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or Tableau) A strong grounding in accounting and financial reporting Commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into advisory insights Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple assignments Previous experience in Transaction Services or supporting TS teams (typically 3-4 years) ACA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification Why Join?
