D365 F&O Finance Business Support Partner

About The Role

Location - This role can be based in the UK (Peterborough or Alconbury) or Valencia area Spain.

AM Fresh Group is seeking a D365 F&O Finance Business Support Partner to join our IT team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary IT contact for the Finance function, ensuring our ERP systems are supported, optimised, and aligned with business needs. You’ll work across sites and departments, providing guidance, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement in D365 Finance & Operations.

• Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with finance stakeholders, understand business priorities, and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
• ERP Functional Ownership: Manage and improve core finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Budgeting.
• Solution Delivery & Change: Lead system enhancements, collaborate with delivery teams and third-party partners, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• IT & ERP Support: Provide second- and third-line ERP support, drive system optimisation, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Business Engagement: Translate technical ERP functionality into practical business insights, support process improvements, and represent IT on cross-functional projects.
• External Coordination: Act as the liaison between the business and third-party providers for system development and issue resolution.

• 3+ years’ experience working with and developing ERP systems (or A-Level IT qualification + 2 years’ ERP experience)
• In-depth knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, reporting, and database tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in a similar IT/business support role
• Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Visio, and Dev Ops
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
