Solutions Architect

We're evolving a complex, high-volume B2B2C e-commerce ecosystem to improve performance and scale sufficiently for the future.

As our Solutions Architect, you will:

• Design a cloud-native, scalable architecture enabling hundreds of partner organisations to manage their own schemes and support their customers.
• Lead the transition to a modern, composable platform built to handle high-volume activity peaks and demand
• Architect seamless integrations across payment gateways (BACS, Faster Payments, vouchers), CRM/ERP systems, third-party APIs, and eligibility/rules engines for data processing.
• Own the technology roadmap, drive continuous improvement, and be the senior technical voice for business stakeholders across a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation.
• Ensure platform security and compliance across GDPR, PCI DSS, and government-level data protection — because the people we serve deserve nothing less.

• 7+ years in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in e-commerce or Fin Tech platforms at scale.
• Strong hands-on command of modern web technologies (Blazor/.NET, React/Next.js) and API-first design (REST/Graph
  
  QL).
• Proven cloud infrastructure experience (Azure preferred) and deep knowledge of composable/headless commerce architecture.
• Advanced integration experience: REST/SOAP/Graph
  
  QL APIs, data formats (XML, JSON, YAML), SQL, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub).
• The ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, elegant, actionable technical blueprints; for both technical and non-technical audiences.
