Lead Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a hands‑on Lead Data Solutions Architect to design and build end‑to‑end, data‑led solutions across modern digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing and delivering real systems – bringing together data platforms, pipelines, orchestration, integrations, and applied intelligence in a practical, scalable way.

You will shape how data flows through products, from capture and transformation to analytics, automation, and decision‑making in live environments. This is not a narrow data role; you will design complete solutions that span applications, platforms, workflows, and intelligent behaviours, staying close to the build to ensure designs work in practice.

• Design and build end‑to‑end data and intelligence‑driven solutions
• Develop and own data pipelines, orchestration, and workflow patterns
• Embed analytics and data‑driven behaviour directly into products
• Work hands‑on with modern cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Fabric or equivalent)
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams on real delivery challenges

• Hands‑on experience with modern data architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, cloud platforms)
• Strong SQL and experience building data pipelines end to end
• Experience with data orchestration and workflow‑driven solutions
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions used in production
• Comfortable working closely with engineers in product‑led teams
