• Define a clear vision for AI-powered customer experiences across Compare the Market
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI across customer journeys, partner interactions, and internal platforms
• Develop and maintain a prioritised roadmap that delivers measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, efficiency, and revenue
• Align AI investments with business strategy, customer trust principles, and regulatory obligations
• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI features from concept through production, scaling, and continuous improvement
• Partner closely with Engineering and Data to ensure AI experiences are production-ready, reliable, observable, and cost-effective
• Make informed trade-offs across speed, quality, performance, cost, and risk
• Be accountable for post-launch outcomes, including adoption, accuracy, customer impact, and ongoing iteration

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager shipping AI-powered products into production
• Hands-on experience owning AI features end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and optimisation
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (generative models, conversational systems, embeddings, agentic workflows) from a product perspective
• Experience working closely with engineers and data scientists on complex, AI-driven systems
• Ability to define clear success metrics and guardrails, balancing customer value, commercial outcomes, and risk
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior levels
• Demonstrated commitment to responsible, transparent, and customer-centric AI development
