We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected healthcare provider for a HR Advisor, to join their supportive and values-driven People function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR/People professional who enjoys partnering with managers, leading employee relations activity, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture.
In this key role, you’ll act as a trusted HR Advisor across multiple sites, working closely with the senior People lead.

Key Responsibilities of HR Advisor
Provide confident, practical employee relations support
Coach and advise line managers on best practice people management
Support change initiatives and organisational development activity
Develop, review and implement people policies and processes
Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
You’ll thrive if you’re someone who balances professionalism and compliance with warmth, pragmatism and strong relationship-building skills.

What We’re Looking For – HR Advisor
Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Advisory / ER-focused role
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confidence managing complex employee relations cases end-to-end
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
A calm, solutions-focused approach in sensitive situations
Discretion, professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
