Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment What You’ll Need Must be a nurse (RGN, RNLD, RNMH) with active NMC registration. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
