Make a Difference Every Day We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team! The Cedars is a small residential care home in Clacton-on-Sea for up to twelve people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and, sometimes, early-onset dementia. What You’ll be Doing Leadership:
Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team. Oversee the day-to-day operations Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards. Financial Management:
Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability. Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment What You’ll Need Must be a nurse (RGN, RNLD, RNMH) with active NMC registration. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent At least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.

Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
