You'll be at the heart of quality improvement, clinical audit, and research, working closely with multi-disciplinary colleagues and external partners to shape innovative OT pathways and service strategy. - We are looking for a Clinical Leader who can develop and shape the clinical pathway between AO and our Adult Locality teams. This individual will be responsible for the professional management of the OTs working across the two services. In addition, the post holder will provide expert clinical input for the most complex patient cohort.
