As a Residential Community Lead at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day leadership and management within the residential community.

Ashlynn Grange is a 153‑bed care home in Peterborough, offering exceptional care, a range of outdoor activities, a fully refurbished café and a supportive environment for residents.

The Residential Community Lead will complete clinical audits, manage medication safely and supervise the team. You will act as a role model for residents, families and staff.

£16.50 per hour.

45 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

• Pro‑actively manage the unit.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning.
• Monitor care through monthly audits of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day.
• Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

• A passion for care – put the needs of residents first.
• Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
• Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.
