Job Overview
Support Worker – £12.34 up to £13.84 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply).
Location:
Coates, Whittlesey PE7.
Typical
Shifts:
Mon–Sun Day Shifts 8am to 10pm.
UK Man DL required.

* Support Workers with Epilepsy experience with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our supported living service is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the life of the Lady we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging her to access local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities such as swimming, shopping and cheerleading.
Responsibilities- Assist people to gain more independence in their daily lives
- Work with a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people
- Teach new life skills, provide personal care, encourage access to local communities, socialise, and participate in activities such as swimming, shopping, and cheerleading
- Full UK driving licence
- Resilient, flexible and composed in approach
- Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Experience working with individuals with epilepsy (Epilepsy experience)
- Passion for enhancing the quality of life and genuine caring attitude
