About the roleReporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Regional Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our care home staff in 7 locations across East Anglia. You will ensure that all staff are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care to our residents.
Salary£35,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance.
Shift pattern37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
LocationThis is a regional role and you will be working from any one of our 7 locations, and will be expected to travel to all locations in accordance with your role.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Delivering clinical and non‑clinical training to the teams within our Care Homes.
- Ensuring statutory and mandatory training levels meet compliance requirements at all times.
- Collaborating with General Managers and Regional Team to ensure training needs are identified and delivered effectively.
- Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development regarding training provided, striving for continuous improvement of the material and ensuring training meets up‑to‑date legislation.
- Previous experience of delivering training, coaching and mentoring in a healthcare environment.
- Good knowledge around care home regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage your own time whilst delivering training across multiple sites.
- Excellent IT skills, utilising training systems such as Your Hippo and Microsoft Office packages.
