Senior Manager - R&D Tax Big4 London / Hybrid working £100,000 plus car allowance, bonus and excellent benefits We are seeking an experienced R&D Tax Senior Manager to join our clients growing R&D Tax practice team . This is a senior, client-facing role for a UK R&D tax specialist who enjoys working with innovative businesses and contributing to the growth of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of R&D tax clients and oversee end-to-end claim delivery. Prepare and review UK R&D tax claims for HMRC submission. Act as a trusted adviser to clients and liaise directly with HMRC. Lead, coach, and develop junior team members. Identify new opportunities and support proposals and practice growth. About You Professionally qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or international equivalent), or former Tax Inspector with full technical training.

Strong hands-on experience in UK R&D tax incentives. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Confident leader with experience developing junior staff. Knowledge of Patent Box and/or corporate tax is advantageous.
