Financial Accountant

A global professional services organisation is seeking a talented Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance team.

This role offers broad exposure across UK and international entities, combining core financial accounting, controls, reporting and project-based work. Ideal for someone ambitious, detail-driven, and keen to step into a role with genuine ownership and impact. What you'll be doing Deliver high-quality accounting processes & robust financial controls Take ownership for management reporting, balance sheet integrity & month-end processes Prepare annual TBs, statutory accounts & audit-ready documentation for multiple entities Manage VAT returns, reconciliations & key journals Support external audits across UK and international locations Produce regular internal management reports & financial insights Drive process improvement and enhance control environments What you'll bring Newly qualified / part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Strong technical accounting ability & analytical skillset Experience in similar financial accounting roles Excellent communication skills & stakeholder confidence Highly proficient with Excel & modern accounting systems Ambitious, proactive & collaborative team player with a sense of energy and ownership What's on offer Exposure to international finance operations Opportunity to influence process improvements & reporting standards A collaborative, people-centred culture that values development A forward-thinking, modern working environment with room to grow We are happy to provide application and/or accessibility support, please contact your Marks Sattin or Grafton consultant directly to discuss your needs.
