Management Accountant

Robert Walters - Management Accountant - Permanent - Hybrid - Birmingham - £55,000 to £60,000 per annum Our client, a well-established and expanding organisation, is looking for a Management Accountant to support regional operations, improve financial reporting accuracy, and strengthen business partnering across a multi-site environment.

Management Accountant Full-Time Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and deliver insightful variance analysis Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across the regional business Contribute to weekly cashflow forecasting and working capital reporting Participate in monthly performance reviews and support analysis of key operational metrics Partner with operational and commercial teams to translate financial data into meaningful actions Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting tools, and drive efficiency Key essentials of the Management Accountant:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
