London City Centre (5 days in office)

The role:

Oversight of the full finance function Maintenance & Oversight of all bookkeeping, reconciliation including transactional accounting Manage Group, Fund & SPV Finance Partnering with stakeholders on cost control, forecasting & drawdowns Deliver investor communications and fund updates Manage equity drawdowns and distributions Manage equity drawdowns and distributions in line with fund and JV documentation Ensure compliance with UK tax and regulatory obligations, including VAT

Experience with transformation, implementing new systems etc Prior

Experience:

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and CFA qualification would be advantageous Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and financial reporting standards Experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Investment or Investment Banking Experience Fundraising Advanced in Excel, Power
