Trade Mastermind is seeking a Commercial Funding Manager to take ownership of the post‑sale funding process and ensure fast, efficient cash conversion. This is a commercially driven role focused on managing business lending, coordinating with brokers, overseeing documentation, and ensuring that cash is received promptly and in line with business targets.

In this role, you will take signed customer contracts and manage the full funding cycle from approval to drawdown and final settlement. You will be responsible for selecting the appropriate funding routes—primarily business loans, iWalker, Premium Credit, and MRR as a last resort—while working closely with approved brokers and lenders to drive applications forward. You will actively chase progress, remove blockers, resolve delays, and ensure each case meets lender criteria and compliance requirements, including collecting and validating accounts, , KYC information, and other documentation.

Success in this position depends on your ability to manage cases efficiently, communicate confidently, and consistently deliver against targets. The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in commercial finance or funding operations, and the ability to work with brokers and lenders while meeting clear performance metrics. A solid understanding of business lending products, lender criteria, KYC and AML processes, and funding documentation is essential.

This is a results-focused role and will not suit someone looking for low‑responsibility or purely administrative work. It is also not suitable for individuals uncomfortable with chasing outcomes, being measured on performance, or working within a structure of clear accountability.
