Anne Corder Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established Chartered Financial Planning firm, who are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to support their Financial Advisers and help deliver consistently strong client outcomes.

The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role for a skilled professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting advisers through detailed research, technical analysis and well-structured client documentation.

The Role
As a Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive support to Financial Advisers, including data analysis, report writing and preparation of tailored suitability letters.
Conducting whole-of-market research to identify appropriate financial products, ensuring all recommendations are fully documented.
Interpreting information from adviser meetings and liaising with product providers to gather outstanding information and progress cases efficiently.
Ensuring all work meets FCA regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, while keeping up to date with legislative and technical developments.
Maintaining accurate CPD, training and competence records, managing platform access and supporting the delivery of the ongoing client service proposition.
Participating in team meetings, building strong relationships with Broker Consultants, and supporting or mentoring colleagues when required.
About You    Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
At least 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role.
Strong working knowledge of FCA regulations and the UK financial services market.
Confident using financial planning software and provider platforms.
Professional, commercially aware, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
You are a confident Paraplanner who understands the importance of compliance and client outcomes.
