SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER Birmingham £45- 52k plus excellent benefits Our client, a global consultancy offering advice to the built environment are seeking to appoint a key Environmental Planner to join their well established Birmingham office. As the group they continue to go from strength to strength and are keen to expand their offering within their Environmental Planning division. The Environmental Planning Team forms part of the Planning, Development and Regeneration business which focus provides complimentary services to the group`s master-planning and town-planning commissions throughout the UK, as well as supporting other parts of the group.

Their services provide:

- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); the provision of environmental constraints and opportunities planning at the site feasibility and master-planning stages of a project; and the provision of high-level strategic environmental planning advice for complex situations at all stages of the development life-cycle. The group`s dedicated Environmental Planning Team works across the UK within a diverse range of areas, including:

- Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Energy and the Arts. They have an enviable spread of schemes currently, which include three major redevelopments across the country, incorporating housing, entertainment and leisure all seen as truly ground breaking. The expectation is that you will be a seasoned Environmental Specialist, preferably hailing from a consultancy environment and have the ability to manage and deliver a diverse range of services which will include full management and delivery of projects, quality assurance and sign-off of deliverables, client management and project financial management as well as business development exposure and expertise in some form.
