The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Diagnosing and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems
• Minimising downtime and keeping production running efficiently
• Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
• Supporting a proactive maintenance culture on site

What We're Looking For

• Relevant Engineering qualification
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background
• Experience with in food manufacturing (or similar FMCG environment preferred)
• Confident fault-finding ability
• A team player with a proactive mindset
