Graduate Mechanical Project Manager

We have an exciting new role as a Graduate Project Manager to support the demands of the growing business in liquid and powder process solution equipment, consumable supplier to the food, beverage, brewery, bakery, dairy and utility industries throughout the UK. As such, you will have the opportunity to bring forward your own ideas to the team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end project experience while working alongside an experienced and supportive team of project managers. You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, from initial sales handover through to completion. You’ll benefit from mentorship and development from experienced project professionals and enjoy opportunities for progression within a growing company that values innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Chemical/Food Process Engineering / Mechanical Engineering qualification minimum 2:1 classification. Other relevant engineering qualifications could be accepted.

The Job: (Main Duties)
· Assist in the delivery of multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
· Support the management of health & safety, risk, quality, scheduling, and contractual obligations.
· Help coordinate all project phases, from client handover through to final sign-off.
· Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
· Contribute to preconstruction assessments aligned with CDM and EHS regulations where required.
· Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective resource coordination.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
· Assist in reporting, documentation, and compliance with internal standards and procedures.
· Learn to identify opportunities for business development and process improvement
