Actemium Automation Senior Panel Wireperson

Overview

Supporting the Workshop Manager and team to assemble metal enclosures and wire electrical components. You will execute precise wiring tasks for control systems projects in the snack industry. This role requires international travel, predominantly assisting and overseeing your projects around the world – about 30% of your working year with us.

• Assemble stainless and mild steel enclosures.
• Lay out chassis plates using measuring tape, ruler, drills, taps and rivets.
• Wire electrical components to specified drawings using stripping and crimping tools.
• Travel within the UK and abroad to support project requirements.

• Level 3 Electrical Engineering – City and Guilds qualification.
• Experience in electrical wiring.
• Ability to build metal panels and enclosures to a high‑quality standard, meeting deadlines and complying with industry and customer standards and regulations.
