Full time: 8.30am - 3.30pm

Looking for long term and daily cover teaching assistants for the Spalding and Crowland area in mainstream primary, SEN schools and secondary schools.

Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity? Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants. What we can offer can range from a day’s cover, a week’s cover, a term’s cover to long‑term cover for the whole academic year.

• Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
• Providing targeted support to small groups or individual students.
• Managing classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Supervising students during break times and lunch.
• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Relevant qualifications and/or substantial experience.
• Availability for a minimum of one day a week.

• Excellent rates of pay.
• Up to £250 refer‑a‑friend scheme.

• Support from an experienced and committed consultant to assist you with your recruitment process.
