We are seeking a passionate, resilient and dynamic SEMH Teacher to start ASAP at a supportive and forward‑thinking school. This role is perfect for a teacher who thrives on building strong relationships, creating safe learning environments, and helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs reach their full potential.

No two days are the same in this environment. You’ll be guiding pupils through challenges, celebrating small victories, and creating meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual needs. We welcome teachers with experience in SEMH settings, alternative provision, SEND, or mainstream teachers with a strong understanding of behaviour‑informed practice. Creativity, patience and positivity are key.
