Lead the Future of Trade Industry Education

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Education to join Trade Mastermind — the UK’s fastest‑growing business education and coaching company for the trade industry. Founded in 2020 by BBC Apprentice Winner Joseph Valente, we have trained more than 5,000 trade business owners, helping them achieve an average of 370% growth in their first year.

In 2026, we will be launching our new 20,000 sq. ft. Trade Mastermind University Headquarters in Peterborough, the first dedicated university for trades in the UK.

This role offers a rare chance to play a key part in shaping our educational strategy as we expand into new industries and wider professional sectors.

The Role

As Head of Education, you will take full responsibility for the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our educational programmes. You will ensure that our content remains industry‑leading, commercially effective, and consistently delivered to a high standard across all formats, including live events, coaching academies, workshops, and online learning.

You will lead and support the coaching and training teams, ensuring quality, performance, and consistency across all learner touchpoints. You will also play an active role in learner success by monitoring progress, driving engagement, and implementing initiatives that enhance outcomes and client experience.

Operationally, you will oversee the planning and scheduling of coaching sessions, events, and workshops, while working closely with sales, operations, and marketing to maintain smooth delivery across the organisation. You will take ownership of educational reporting, KPIs, and programme performance.

Strategically, you will contribute to the growth and evolution of Trade Mastermind University by helping develop new programmes, qualifications, and learning pathways, while promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About You

You will thrive in this position if you have experience as an education manager or head of department, ideally within adult learning, coaching, apprenticeships, or commercial training. You should be confident in developing curriculum, managing educational teams, and driving measurable learner outcomes. Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work at pace are essential.

Experience with in trades, construction, or business coaching is advantageous but not required. Above all, you should be passionate about empowering individuals to build successful, scalable businesses.
