Job Title:
Architectural Technologist
Location:
Peterborough
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team in Peterborough.

- Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals
- Produce detailed design documentation and technically robust packages
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Relevant degree within architecture
- Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
- Archi
CAD experience is advantageous - Job running experience
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience managing projects within the residential sector
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
