You will be joining Eddisons’ Cost Consultancy team, which delivers projects across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Logistics, Office, Healthcare, Government, Education, and Retail. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role at the forefront of these projects—managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

* A RICS‑accredited degree qualification or working towards one

* Ideally MRICS, or currently progressing towards chartership

* Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK construction consultancy

* Strong pre‑ and post‑contract experience

* A proven track record of running projects from inception to completion
