If you're a construction procurement professional looking for stability, long-term programmes and clear progression, this utilities role is built for you. You'll join a leading organisation delivering major water and wastewater infrastructure programmes.

You will focus on construction procurement across capital works and AMP programmes, delivering compliant procurement under NEC and JCT contracts
. You'll work closely with engineering and delivery teams, supporting long-term infrastructure investment within a regulated environment.

• You will deliver end-to-end construction procurement across water and utilities programmes
• You will support AMP delivery through sourcing, tendering and contract award
• You will manage procurement activity under NEC and JCT contracts
• You will work with engineering and delivery teams to align procurement with programme needs
• You will support supplier management and procurement best practice

• You have construction or utilities procurement experience within water or infrastructure
• You've worked with NEC and/or JCT contracts
• You've supported capital delivery or AMP programmes
• You enjoy working closely with operational stakeholders
