Highways Supervisor

Position: Highways Supervisor (Contract)
As a specialist recruiter within the highways and infrastructure sector, I'm currently working with a well-established highways contractor who is looking to strengthen their delivery team with an experienced Highways Supervisor for a continuous run of works and contract.

The Role

· Supporting multiple ECI highways projects on a minimum 3-month contract

· Predominantly daytime, office-based role with site visits as required

· Providing on-site and remote support to site teams during early works and mobilisation

· Assisting with planning, coordination and implementation of highways construction activities

· Ensuring works are carried out in line with health & safety, quality and programme requirements

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

· Proven experience supervising highways works

· SMSTS or SSSTS

· CSCS Gold, Black or Academic card

· Strong understanding of highways construction processes and site operations

Desirable (but not essential):

· Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator

· LANTRA or LAP qualification

· First Aid at Work
