In This Pivotal Role, You’ll
  • Use your analytical mindset and Excel expertise (pivot tables, advanced formulas – Power Query is a bonus!) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer safety, fire safety, and planned maintenance programs are delivered effectively.
  • Leverage data to support budgeting decisions, optimise asset performance, and contribute to better homes data for our customers.
  • Play a key part in ensuring our homes are safe, sustainable, and aligned with our mission to provide exceptional customer outcomes.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £37,928 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About You
  • You’ll bring strong analytical capability and confidence working with large datasets, using advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, complex formulas and XLookups) to present data clearly and consistently.
  • You’ll have a solid understanding of GDPR and data protection, alongside experience with BI tools to support insight‑led decision making.
  • Ability to interpret technical information
  • Ideally, you’ll bring a broad understanding of key housing concepts such as Net Present Value, the HHSRS, and the Good Homes Standard, along with an interest in how these translate into better outcomes for residents.
  • You’ll also be comfortable working with energy efficiency and sustainability metrics, helping us make informed decisions about the long‑term quality and performance of our homes.
  • A relevant degree‑level background will support your ability to turn complex data and technical information into clear, meaningful insight that benefits our customers, our homes, and the organisation as a whole.

A call with the hiring manager. You’ll learn more about the role and team, and we’ll get to know you – your experience, goals, and what you bring.

Stage 2: A Place to Show Your Strengths

A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real‑life situations. You'll be asked to complete a Congruity Questionnaire in advance.

Planned date: 26th March at our Peterborough office and 27th March at our Bradford office.
